How we open a door
We use non-destructive methods first, such as picking or bypass tools, to open the lock without harming the door or frame. If a lock is broken or high-security and has to be drilled, we tell you before we do it and quote for a replacement cylinder. You will be asked to show ID or proof of residence before we open a home.
Lost or stolen keys: what next?
If you know where your keys are, opening the door may be all you need. If they were lost somewhere public or stolen along with something showing your address, rekey the lock while we are there so those keys stop working. We can also cut spares for the household.

Can you open a door if I rent the apartment?
Yes, with proof that you live there, such as ID showing the address or a lease. Some buildings also ask us to notify management.
